Effective July 17, 2026. These terms cover your use of ghostly-gadgets.com and our communications with you, including our text-messaging program. By using the site, booking a call, or opting in to texts, you agree to them.
Who we are
Ghostly Gadgets LLC is a local business-automation service based in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, serving small businesses across Mercer County. Services are scoped and agreed per engagement.
SMS messaging program terms
When you opt in by providing your mobile number — on our booking page, by calling our line and requesting a text, or by texting us first — you agree to receive text messages from Ghostly Gadgets at (609) 359-0499 related to your inquiry and appointments. These include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call text-backs, and replies to questions you send us.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity — typically a handful of messages around a booking or inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out any time: reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (609) 359-0499.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We send only the conversational and appointment-related messages described above — no third-party marketing of any kind.
Using the site and free tools
The website, chat assistant, booking calendar, and free exposure check are provided as-is, for your own business use. The exposure check runs only passive, public-information checks on the domain you submit; only submit a domain you own or are authorized to check. Reports and chat answers are informational, not legal or compliance advice.
Services and payment
Paid services are scoped per engagement, in writing, before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, engagements are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghostly Gadgets' total liability for any claim arising out of the site or free tools is limited to $100, and for paid services to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes to the SMS program will be communicated as required.
