Ghostly Gadgets LLC is one engineer — Jazz Rasmussen — in Hamilton Township, New Jersey. There is no sales team, no account manager, and no call center. The person who answers the phone is the person who builds the system, runs it, and writes your monthly report.
The background
Sixteen years assessing and hardening computer systems against the frameworks that regulated organizations are actually measured on — NIST SP 800-171, DISA STIGs, and the CIS Benchmarks. That work is the unglamorous end of security: reading a control, checking whether a system really meets it, writing down what doesn't, and fixing it in an order that makes sense.
It is the same job whether the system belongs to a large organization or to a four-person tax office. The frameworks change names; the questions don't. What has access to this data? Who would notice if that changed? What happens the morning after something goes wrong?
Why a small shop should care
Most security offerings for small businesses are one of two things: a template you fill in yourself, or a monitoring subscription that emails you alerts you can't action. Neither one is a person who has read your setup and can tell you what matters first.
That's the gap this business exists to fill. The reports are written in plain English because you're the one who has to act on them, and a finding you don't understand is a finding that never gets fixed.
