Effective July 17, 2026. Ghostly Gadgets LLC ("Ghostly Gadgets," "we," "us") is a local business-automation service in Hamilton Township, NJ. This page explains what information we collect through ghostly-gadgets.com and our phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you book a fit call, chat with our website assistant, request a callback, use the free exposure check, or leave feedback, we collect what you give us: your name, mobile phone number, business name, email address (if provided), your website domain (for the exposure check), and the content of your messages or notes. When you call our business line, we receive your caller ID and any voicemail you leave.
How we use it
We use this information to do exactly what you asked: schedule and confirm your appointment, send appointment reminders, respond to your questions, return your calls, deliver the report you requested, and follow up on your inquiry. We also keep basic records so we know what we told you and when.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number when booking, calling our line, or asking to receive a link by text, you consent to receive text messages from Ghostly Gadgets related to your inquiry or appointment — such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, missed-call text-backs, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
What we share
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run our systems — telephone and text delivery (Twilio), website and data hosting (Cloudflare), and AI assistance for answering questions (Anthropic). Each receives only what's needed to provide the service. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party for any purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, lead, and feedback records for as long as they're useful for serving you and keeping honest business records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your choices
Text STOP to any of our messages to stop receiving texts. Email us at [email protected] to ask what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
